Frequently asked questions.

  • We continue to follow the advice of the State and Territory Governments to ensure that we keep our clients, our staff, and our communities safe.

COVID has made life difficult in some ways, but presented some great opportunities too. For example, we never thought we’d do a Guide Dog Assessment by video!! And tele-service has become a part of most of our lives.

Our team are fully vaccinated and boostered, and we will continue to keep up to date with necessary health and safety precautions to make sure that you are safe.

  • Our fees are set in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the NDIS Support Catalogue, which is published each financial year.

We are open to negotiating our fees, depending on your individual circumstances and requirements.

Drop us a line at admin@ontrackremote.com.au to ask about specific pricing.

  • Choosing a service provider is such an important decision for each individual. Sure, we could tell you how wonderful our service is, but to be honest, we’d rather you made that decision for yourself. And then of course that you tell your friends too!!

Give us a call and have a chat about what you want or what you need. If it seems like a good fit for you and a good fit for us, then let’s see if we can make something special happen. If you like our service, let us know. And, if for some reason you don’t like our service, it’s even more important that you let us know, so that we can continue to learn and improve.

We’ve been involved with disability services for a number of years, so we’ve seen some great ones and some not so great ones. We’ve tried to take the really good stuff that we’ve learnt and use it to make a great experience for you. Let us know how we’re going with that.

We want to make sure that people get a personalised service and not just be another number on a waiting list. If we can provide the service that you are looking for, we’ll get you started as soon as possible. But if we can’t provide what you’re looking for, we’ll let you know straight away and try to set you up with someone who can. Life is far too short to be sitting around on someone’s waiting list!!

Reach out to admin@ontrackremote.com.au or call Kylie (0448 945 973) or Dan (0419 230 310) and we can talk about whether we are the right fit for you.

  • Whilst we trade under the name On Track Disability Services, our original name (and still in our website and email address) was On Track Remote. What does that mean for you? It means that we are prepared to travel.

We are based in the beautiful South West region of WA, but our service delivery area is flexible. We’ve provided services across WA, and for participants in QLD, NT, SA and TAS, but there’s nothing stopping us wanting to visit some more areas.

Obviously, it needs to be affordable for you and financially viable for us, but if you think we can help, reach out to admin@ontrackremote.com.au and we’ll talk to you about what we can offer.

  • No.

We have thought about it, but it’s a pretty big investment and we are still only small.

In the meantime though, it doesn’t mean that we can’t provide services for you. If you are Self Managed or Plan Managed, we can probably start working with you straight away. If you are Agency Managed, we can help you organise a Plan Amendment Request to make some or all parts of your plan Plan Managed and even get you set up with a Plan Manager, so that it’s nice and easy.

Some people think that not being registered with the NDIS means that you’re not qualified or not able to provide services, but that is definitely not the case; many excellent providers choose not to register with the NDIS.
